ON-SLOPE DAYCARE GUIDELINES

How it works

Our on-slope nursery welcomes children aged 2 and over. If you are unsure of your child's age, we may ask you to show proof of identity for safety and authorization purposes.

Opening hours

High season: 7/7 from 10:00 to 16:00
Low season variable hours, one day closed per week.

For the smooth running of the facility

Parents are required to respect opening times and to be present at least 15 minutes before closing time.

In the event of late arrival, a supplement will be charged by the careminder, even if the reservation was made online.

GENERAL

Registration

For the child's well-being, maximum attendance should not exceed half a day. (Miss Dent-Blanche advises that lunch should be taken with the family).

Registration can be made either directly at the day-care center or in advance via the Internet, depending on the number of places available.

A standard registration form will be filled in on site with the final details (valid telephone number, allergies, other special requirements, etc.).

Registration is effective as soon as payment is received online or via our office, which guarantees you a place during your stay.

Rates and payment

Rates CHF 18.00 / hour

Payment can be made in cash directly to the babysitter or online via our booking site.

Any service not used within the agreed time and without taking out ESS COURS PROTECT insurance (see GTC) is due and billed in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

For "à la carte" durations, invoicing starts from the first day of attendance mentioned on your reservation or from the first hour in the day-care center.

Home

Parents bring everything they need for their child's well-being (Lolette, comforter, diapers, etc.). Diapers are not provided by the center.

Meals and snacks

Our structure does not allow children to eat as we offer hourly or daily care.

For daily bookings, we ask you to pick up your children for lunch with their families.

Health and well-being

Any significant food allergies and/or intolerances must be notified immediately using the daycare registration form. The childminder may occasionally run cookie workshops with the children.

To avoid contaminating other children, the center will not accept children with contagious illnesses or those already on medication.

The babysitter is authorized to refuse to accept a child if he or she shows symptoms of contagious illness serious enough to prevent him or her from following the day's routine.

If a child falls ill during the day, the educational team will inform the parents by telephone, and the childminder will ask them to collect the child as soon as possible.

Security

Parents are required to accompany their child inside the nursery and to inform the members of the educational team of their arrival/departure. If they do not collect their child themselves, they must indicate the persons authorized to do so on the registration form before entrusting the child to our care.

A child who endangers the safety of his or her peers, seriously harms community life and/or whose parents do not respect the present guidelines, may no longer be welcomed in the structure, at the discretion of the management.

Any damage caused to others or to the facility is the responsibility of the legal representatives.

Insurance

Children must be insured against illness and accidents by their legal guardians.

The nursery declines all responsibility in the event of damage caused to others by a child.
