GOOD TO KNOW

For all Freeeride and Randonnées courses, participants must be in possession of their own safety equipment,
i.e. shovel, probe and current avalanche transceiver.

The first course covers the use of equipment
and safety measures for this type of activity.

And what should I take in my bag?

The most important thing is to have enough to drink.
Dried fruit is also welcome, in case your energy level drops.

Equip yourself for the planned outing

If you're planning a long ascent in sealskin, make sure you've got a spare set of dry clothes when you reach the summit.

And before you set off, a hearty breakfast
to keep you going.
